Returns and Refunds
Returns:
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, in which case Renou Watch Co. will cover the return shipping after an inspection.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if a product is returned due to non-delivery, the refund will be issued minus the return shipping charges and any applicable country taxes imposed by the shipper.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, feel free to contact us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Refunds will be issued minus any extra costs incurred by Renou Watch Co. in accepting the return.
